She recently founded Utopia Communications, an ethically focused communications firm that strives to represent organizations, ideas, people, products and services that enhance the human condition. In the course of her career, Ms. Higgins has worked with numerous companies overseeing public relations campaigns in the areas of healthcare, telecommunications, fashion and accessories, packaged goods, wine and spirits, business-to-business, and not-for-profit. Ms. Higgins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University, and is currently attending the school via an innovative independent study program to attain her Master of Science degree in Communications Management.
